Services and pricing
How does the repeat service work?
Its simple. We wash, dry and fold your laundry, you chill. Every week. You select the day and time for your pickup and delivery. Select the number of bags you would like to hand over to our driver and we take care of the rest.
How much laundry can I give you?
At traditional laundry services you pay per kilo. We understand how difficult it is to guess the weight of your laundry and so the costs. At CleanLab we’ve made it simple. Just fill the bag we provide you. Push as much laundry in there as you can. As long as the bag can close, we will wash it.
Can you handle my delicate items?
Your wardrobe is presious so we will take your items with care. Each item will be checked and washed according to the instructions. Our experts handle delicates every day, they know how to deal with your wardrobe. If by incident you’ve included an item that cannot be washed, we will seperate it and return it with your clean batch.
How do I pay?
Simply follow the steps in the registration process and upload your card details / pay with Ideal. Our pricing is simple, its fixed so you always know what you have to pay for our service.
How much does this service cost?
Our service includes picking up your laundry, washing it, drying it, folding it and returning it to your doorstep. This is all included in the price. The total amount is based on the number of laundry bags you would like to wash. Read more about our pricing here.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
There is not. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at any time. If you decide to cancel your subscription, make sure to do so at least 7 days before your next payment date so we can process your cancelation.

What is included in the price
The price is based on the number of bags you like us to wash. Pickup, washing, drying, folding and delivery is included in the price. If you require speedy services like same day service, you might incure an extra fee.
Tell me more about the billing process
Once you have selected your desired package, you can enter your credit card details or pay via iDeal. By doing so, you active the subscription and we will automatically invoice you each month.
Can I modify, pause or cancel my subscription?
Any time! Once your account is set up, you have access to your own dashboard. In this dashboard, you can upgrade your subscription, pause your subscription (if you go for holidays) or cancel your subscription.
To make sure that we can process your wishes, please allow us 7-days to process and confirm changes. If you require last-minute changes, simply reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will try to work something out.

How do I schedule my first pickup
Scheduling is simple. Use the WhatsApp icon on this page or login to your account.
If you experience any trouble, feel free to email help@yourcleanlab.com and our team will sort you out.
What to expect
Pickup:
- After you’ve selected your desired timeslot, our driver will stop by to provide you with your very own CleanLab laundry bag
- Our driver will take your bag to one of our partners
Cleaning:
We work with selected partners only. Partners we trust with our own laundry. Experts, who will take care of cleaning, drying and folding your wardrobe.
- If you have any special instructions, make sure to add a note to the bag.
- We can also hang dry your products, request a hang bag in your account if needed
- If you are unable to make it in time for your pickup: write us urgently on WhatsApp
Delivery:
- You’ve selected the delivery moment in your account. Prior to delivery, you will receive a reminder on WhatsApp
- If you need to change the delivery, let us know as soon as possible
- If you require same-day-service or 24hr service, let us know via WhatsApp

Can you send me a message prior to pickup?
Of course! We will send you a WhatsApp message before our driver leaves our office.
How do I get a CleanLab laundry bag?
After your first scheduling, our team will contact you and send you a personalized laundry bag. The bag will be delivered a few days before your first pickup. The rest is simple: push as much laundry in that bag as possible and we will take care of the rest.
What about items that require dry cleaning?
Good question. Our service is offering wash, dry and fold for regular items. Items that require dry cleaning cannot be handled at this point. But, we are adding this service and soon you will be able to add items that require dry cleaning!
What time is the driver coming?
The driver will pick up your laundry within the time slot you’ve selected in your account. Unexpected issues and you can’t be there? No problem, reach out to our customer service on WhatsApp and we will find a solution.
Can I select the pickup and delivery times?
Absolutely, in your account, you select a timeslot for the pickup and delivery.
Can I give instructions?
Our partners are experts and have dealt with this for years. However, if you would like to provide instructions, simply leave them in the bag or share them with us via WhatsApp
What about stains?
Your laundry will be checked before we start the work. If we spot stains, we will try our best to get your items back without stains. We cannot guarantee the results but our partners know how to deal with this!
